In June 2025, the US DOJ recalibrated FCPA enforcement to prioritize corruption cases tied to national interests – including those involving cartels, transnational criminal organizations, or harm to US companies. Twelve months later, the EU Anti-Corruption Directive moved toward broader offense categories, extraterritorial reach, and global turnover-based fines.
Two shifts, same year, different logic. Compliance and risk leaders now have to answer a harder question than “Are we FCPA-compliant?” They must now answer the question, "Is our program built for a standard the EU Directive hasn’t fully defined yet, and won’t be tested in court for years?" This session is built for that question.
