By having a transparent view of governance, risk and compliance processes an organisation has real competitive advantage – and this starts by understanding the best practices involved to achieve optimum business performance. This 2 or 3 day workshop is aimed at managers and staff responsible for creating and running GRC processes.
The workshop will expand on a basic awareness of risk, controls and security matters, and teach you to develop a strategic GRC plan, align risk and compliance, implement GRC processes and understand the role of technology in GRC. It will also discuss the role of organisational culture, and the way to inspire conduct through the concept of Principled Performance.
The third, optional day, gives participants a day of exam preparation and training exercises, prior to a 2 hour multiple choice exam, at the end of which participants will have a chance to qualify for the GRC Professional™ Education Certificate (GRCP™), offered by OCEG™’s affiliate organisation, GRC Certify.
