AI Enabled Policy Management: Threats and Opportunities Recording
Join us to learn the threats to watch for as AI comes for your Policies and Procedures documents, and how to use the same AI to make everything it touches better.
AI is putting policies and procedures center stage. Ready or not. They're moving out of the repository and in front of every employee, every day, at the moment a decision is made. The question is whether yours are ready for the spotlight.
Beware the chatbot. Moving from document exports to MCP agents. Early adopters are abandoning projects that move documents around and flipping the MCP switch instead. Knowledge of the documents, the revisions, and who can see them stays with the system built for it. The AI simply asks. The question is whether you still plan to build it the hard way.
AI didn't create your governance challenge; it just removed everywhere it was hiding. The answer isn't a cleanup project; it's a process. See how an integrated AI approach lives inside authoring, review, and approval, continuously monitoring the library and keeping every policy aligned with organizational needs and a regulatory environment that never stops moving.
AI is here, and your Policies and Procedures are a top target. Your documents are already facing more scrutiny than they have in their entire history, whether you want it or not. AI is the catalyst, but it is also the solution. Join this webinar to learn the threats to watch for as AI comes for your documents, and how to use the same AI to make everything it touches better.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the components of AI. AI in Policy management comes down to three things: the content, the model, and the prompt. Get any one of them wrong, and the AI will still answer. It will just be wrong.
- Recognize why your policies are now high-value content. AI is about to read, compare, and answer from your Policies more than any human ever has. An informal process that nobody noticed before will get noticed now.
- Identify the threats before they cost you. Unsanctioned AI use, exported copies that fall out of date, models you don't control, and the request for "copies of your documents" that should stop any project until someone explains why.
- Evaluate document exports against MCP agents. Why early adopters gave up on exporting their libraries, and the questions to ask any vendor to find out whether their AI is connected to your source of truth or working from a copy.
- Apply an integrated AI approach as a process. What AI looks like when it lives inside authoring, review, and approval, so the library gets checked and improved with every revision and keeps up with the regulations without a cleanup project.
