"Ask the Commissioner” is a program series where OCEG CEO Scott L. Mitchell and Commissioner Michael Horowitz, Esq. discuss upcoming and other important issues before the United States Sentencing Commission (USSC). Participants will be able (and are encouraged) to ask questions before, during and after the session. This session will focus on Information and Communications Privacy, including the 2007 directive and subsequent sentencing guideline amendments as required by Section 4 of the Telephone Act ("Pretexting").
