Steering Committee
Development and revision of the GRC Capability Model (Red Book)is guided by a multi-disciplinary, multi-industry Steering Committee of thought leaders and practitioners. Individuals are invited to serve as members of the Steering Committee when revisions are planned.
The Steering Committee provides a forum for people from a variety of backgrounds to collaborate and evolve a GRC Capability Model that integrates leading thinking about governance, compliance, risk management, and ethics/integrity. In this capacity, the members of the committee are responsible for:
Reviewing and vetting draft work product, including consideration of public comments on exposure drafts
Providing input to the Steering Committee Co-Chairs for finalizing the initial and subsequent updates of the Red Book
