Do you offer any discounted plans?
OCEG offers discounted plans for nonprofit organizations and for individuals who work in Emerging Economies. We define an emerging economy as one that the World Bank designates as LOW-INCOME or LOWER-MIDDLE-INCOME. The Emerging Economies program details require you to fill out an application so that your home region can be verified.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase an OCEG membership with any major credit card. We offer invoicing options for Team Bundles of 5 or more. You can Get Started with a Team Bundle by answering a few questions and our team will get back to you ASAP.
How can I cancel my OCEG subscription?
You may cancel your paid membership/account at any time. Any future renewals will be removed from our system. It is very important to cancel your paid membership/account BEFORE any renewals to avoid issues. We make this incredibly easy. Just one click!
Do you offer refunds?
When you purchase or renew a paid plan, OCEG incurs nonrefundable costs. As a nonprofit, it makes it difficult (financially impossible) for us to sustain operations if members are not diligent in their subscription management. As such, it is important that you cancel BEFORE activation or renewal. We make this incredibly easy. You just click a button!
Do you offer plans that do not automatically renew?
Yes. While we provide a discounted automatically renewing plan, we also understand that some people may not be able to (or want to) purchase a product that automatically renews. If you do not intend to renew we recommend purchasing the non-renewing plan
How secure is OCEG?
We use bank security on all of our payments processing and do not keep financial information on our servers. We also use advanced login security by providing SSO and security codes via email to authenticate the person logging in has control of the email address. We receive and review our data hosting providers’ SOC1 and SOC2 reports under NDA.
