OCEG is pleased to announce the appointment of three OCEG Fellows, each of whom is a well-respected contributor to the body of knowledge that OCEG has developed over the past ten years addressing the value of integrating governance, risk and compliance (GRC) as a capability to attain Principled Performance.
“Each of the individuals appointed as new OCEG Fellows for 2013, has offered insight and support that has enabled OCEG to serve our global membership community by developing standards, educational materials and other content that organizations of all types and sizes may use to improve GRC capabilities, said OCEG Co-Founder and President, Carole Switzer, as she made the announcement of the new appointments.
“Professor Constantine Konstans, the founding executive director of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance at the University of Texas, Dallas, has developed graduate level curriculum around the OCEG GRC Capability Model, which he has taught for several years now with great success in training future corporate managers and executives. “Jason Mefford first joined OCEG as a representative on our Leadership Council while he was serving as the Chief Audit Executive of Ventura Foods,” Ms. Switzer continued, “ and in his current role as a professional trainer and executive coach with his new company, Mefford Associates, he continues to support OCEG by both teaching and overseeing our GRC Fundamentals and GRC Auditing seminars around the world.”
