For the third year, OCEG will be presenting the GRC Achievement Awards at the 7th Annual Compliance Week conference in Washington, D.C., June 4-6, 2012.
This award is given to organizations that have successfully implemented significant portions of the OCEG Red Book GRC Capability Model ,and demonstrate the value their organizations have gained by taking an integrated approach to the governance, management and assurance of performance, risk and compliance.
Past winners have included VISA, Constellation Energy, Adecco, Human, MISO, Best Buy, Capital One, Carnival Cruise Lines, Direct TV, and Tawuniya.
“This year, the submission process for nominations is taking a leap into the current technology age,” said OCEG President, Carole Switzer, “so instead of providing a written submission, we’d like to see and hear how passionate the applicants are about their success in the form of a short video presentation.”
Applicants may use a free service at www.looplogic.com or any other method to create their presentation and submit a link or a wmv file to OCEG. Submission details and copies of past winning submissions may be found at http://www.oceg.org/about/2012-grc-achievement-awards
Video nominations must be received ON OR BEFORE APRIL 10TH at info@oceg.org with the words “GRC Achievement Award Nomination” in the subject line.
The award committee will review the submissions and inform all nominees of the results by May 10th. Awards will be presented during a plenary session of the Compliance Week Conference in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
