CODE OF CONDUCT

The centerpiece of any successful GRC program is an organization's Code of Conduct (CoC).

The CoC is an opportunity to codify in a single document the mission, vision and values of the organization – as well as the organization’s expectations of the entire workforce and extended enterprise. A code is particularly powerful when internal controls are weak, incomplete or nonexistent – and for the countless occasions when individuals encounter the unexpected or undefined risk. There are, however, numerous pitfalls to avoid in effectively designing, launching and managing a code.

This webinar will focus on:
  • Design and launch of a CoC
  • Administration and management
  • Effectiveness and relevance
  • Metrics and Evaluation – measure the success of your CoC
  • Communicating the CoC throughout your organization
  • Improving and updating your existing CoC
