OCEG ANNOUNCES THE OCEG FOUNDATION GUIDE TO SUPPORT STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE AND ETHICS COMPLIANCE
The Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG) announced today the release of the OCEG Foundation Red Book, a guide for Global Fortune® 1000 corporations, mid-market companies and other organizations struggling to create processes and models that keep them compliant. The Red Book was developed with the input of hundreds of governance, risk, compliance and ethics experts. It has gone through an extensive public comment period and has been tested in major companies, including Dell, Wachovia, Qwest, Archer Daniels Midland, Gevity HR, and Staples with test support from Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and Aon Consulting.
