Session 2 - In small break-out groups- Working through the selected issue - sharing and building on all ideas and experiences
- First Prototype - a multi-year improvement model resulting from the first round discussion
- Travel to the other groups to discuss their process and first prototype and to share your own
NOON to 1 PM
Networking Lunch
1 PM to 2:50 PM
Session 3 - Break-out-group-to-break-out group interaction - Return to your original team and update your model based on what you have learned
- Second Prototype - the revised multi-year improvement model resulting from the second round discussion
- Travel to the other groups to discuss their process and second prototype and to share your own
2:50 PM to 4:30 PM
Session 4 - The entire group reviews their results- Original teams update their final model based on the day's interactions
- Working groups take turns presenting their final GRC program models to the assembly
- Insights and further guidance on applying the DeepDive in your organization from Howard Weinberg
