OCEG GRC Forum™
How to Ensure Information Technology Supports GRC Programs

In small groups, you join other senior GRC and Technology executives from across the country. Along with OCEG staff and our Forum sponsors, you apply a tested process to build a solid model for your current and future GRC needs aligned with your Information Management systems.

Please apply to see if you and your company qualify.

Deloitte Consulting’s DeepDiveTM method will be used in our group process focused on fully integrated GRC. The DeepDive process has been used in leading organizations, including IDEO and Meridian Healthcare, to design spectacular products and advance the performance and quality of business services.

By the end of the Forum, you will:

  • Know where and how information technology will optimize your GRC processes
  • Confirm a clear plan for GRC process improvement aligned with technology in your organization
  • Have the knowledge to implement superior solutions for your GRC program

Who will be there?

  • Chief Compliance Officers
  • Chief Financial Officers
  • Chief Risk Officers
  • Chief Privacy Officers
  • Chief Technology Officers
  • Chief Information Officers
  • Heads of Internal Audit
  • Chief Legal Officers
  • Other key senior GRC business and IT executives

We will specifically address critical questions such as:

  • How do we put an end to departmental silos and share useful knowledge and information resources that advance our corporate GRC program?
  • How do we leverage technology to truly integrate our critical processes across multiple compliance and risk requirements?
  • How do we improve the efficiency of our GRC processes and the effectiveness of our results?

The OCEG GRC Forum is:

  • An exclusive opportunity to meet and interact with experienced GRC executives like you
  • A highly focused, problem-solving activity
  • An evolved process of group interaction tailored to meet the needs of every participant

The OCEG GRC Forum is NOT:
