R3.1 EXECUTE CRISIS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
If a crisis is detected, appropriate individuals should execute the crisis response plan.


When a crisis occurs, management should act without hesitation to put into action the response plan they have prepared. Any public dissemination of information must be undertaken by the appropriate representatives of the organization. Management should ensure that no bureaucratic barriers prevent the rapid deployment of the plan.
