PR3.2 IMPLEMENT AND MANAGE TRAINING
Implement and manage the training program to ensure that the target audience attends, completes, achieves learning objectives, and can transfer knowledge and skills to their jobs.

Typically, training implementation is accompanied by communication regarding its availability and an overview of its contents. The communication should indicate whether the training is mandatory or optional and give a timetable for completion. Of particular importance is the confirmation that training is conducted pursuant to the training plan and that content comprehension is confirmed via assessments.

All training should be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that it reflects any changes in laws, rules, regulations or internal standards or procedures. If changes are significant, management should consider triggering a more comprehensive planning process to more appropriately respond to the change.
