O4.4 ASSESS OPERATIONAL PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE
Set individual and team performance objectives for operational personnel and evaluate performance against these objectives at least annually.



Management should assess the performance of operational personnel, both individually and as a team. Management must first set evaluation criteria that reflect individual and group operational objectives, and then conduct annual performance evaluations against these criteria. These evaluations will be key to improving the program as the organization evolves.
